1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, the personal data collected and processed when you visit poiex.com.

POIEX’s brands, CaterDeck and IngrideX, have their own privacy policies on their respective sites. When you use one of those products, that product’s policy applies in its own scope.

2. Data controller

3. What we collect

poiex.com collects very little:

  • Language preference. A small cookie (lang) stores your TR or EN choice for 1 year.
  • Server logs. Standard Cloudflare logs: IP, browser, page visited, status code. Used for security and error diagnostics. Retained 30-90 days.
  • Anonymous visitor analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not keep person-identifying data; it only reports aggregate counts (visits, country, device type). No cookies.
  • If you write to us: emails sent to hello@poiex.com or privacy@poiex.com are stored on Google Workspace. Retained 2 years.

No accounts, no forms, no payments. Only the list above.

4. Who we share data with

We use two processors:

  • Cloudflare. We use it for hosting, CDN, server logs, and cookieless analytics. It is based in the United States.
  • Google Workspace. We use it for email storage. It is based in the United States.

Both operate outside Türkiye, so data is transferred abroad. KVKK Article 9 transfer safeguards are being put in place; this notice will be updated as each is completed.

5. Cookies

We use a single cookie: lang (language preference). It is not person-identifying; it only remembers whether to show TR or EN. The cookie persists 1 year in your browser. You do not have to accept it; if you decline, your language is detected automatically from your browser’s language preference on each visit.

Cloudflare Web Analytics uses no cookies. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, and complaint. You can reach us at privacy@poiex.com or via KEP. We respond within 30 days.

7. Changes

When this notice is updated, the “Last updated” date at the top of the page changes. We will additionally announce significant changes.
